Get ready for the Flashback Weekend 2012 horror convention in Chicago, Illinois, starting this Friday, August 10th.

Flashback Weekend is Chicago’s largest and longest running Horror film convention. It lasts 3 days and features celebrity guests, film panel discussions, a vendor room, live horror theater, movie screenings, and after parties.

  • The Exorcist – hosted by Linda Blair, charity benefit screening. Tickets may be purchased in advance at www.muvico.com or the Rosemont Muvico box-office. Note: only this screening requires special ticket purchase, which starts at $20 (reserved seating).
  • The Thing (1982), introduction by John Carpenter. Friday August 10, 2012 at 9:30pm.
  • H.P. Lovecraft’s The Evil Clergyman – World Premiere – Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Muvico Theaters Rosemont, 9:00PM. Director Charles Band, stars Jeffrey Combs and Barbara Crampton, composer Richard Band will be present
