Goretorium is a highly-anticipated haunted attraction from director Eli Roth. He said that he was inspired by Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights over a decade ago. It was in 2011 that Roth’s contribution to Halloween Horror Nights resulted in the haunted maze “Hunting Season” based off his film Hostel. But over the past five years he has been working on Goretorium, which will be open all year, not just the Halloween season.
I want a place like Disneyland, except for horror fans. Disney has survived because it changes with the times. I want to redo the haunt for Christmas, for different movies that come out, because a haunt is never scary the second time around.

Some of the terrifying things in store for fans at Goretorium include:
- vintage hotel setting
- BabyDolls – a twisted, 1960s-style lounge
- a night club with zombie go-go dancers
- a wedding chapel for horror fans who want to get married
- retail shop
By the way, if you get sick at Goretorium, don’t worry – Roth says a Haz-Mat team will be on standby. Goretorium will open in Las Vegas on September 27th, 2012. It will be located at the haunted “Delmont Hotel”, right off Harmon Ave and across from the Cosmopolitan (map).
Tickets are $40 at the door, $35 online, $60 for a VIP pass, which includes immediate access to the front of lines without the wait, private elevator for express entrance to the haunt, and complementary entrance to the Baby Dolls Lounge.
